Michelle has owned the salon for 30 years and in that time she’s built up a loyal client base in Pembrokeshire. Now working with Matrix, Michelle is still on the cutting edge of styles with staying on trend by travelling around the UK to help other stylists learn the tips and tricks she has picked up over the years. In her career, Michelle has worked with celebrities and travelled the world with the latest trip attending Matrix destination in Orlando, Florida, giving two full days of education with an unbelievable experience to meet so many hairdressers from all over the world by connecting and learning several aspects of our industry. Since covid, we have continued this event, offering online gatherings with the most extensive renovation of Matrix “Matrix synergy”, offering hairdressers from all over the world to join amazing two days of 36 educational classes. 

In the last two years, Michelle was promoted to be part of the artistic ambassador team for Matrix UKI where she creates content and delivers everything there needs to be know on Balayage and colouring along with designing signature cutting courses and building relationships with distributors as well as offering in-salon bespoke sessions to the hairdressers across the whole UKI.

Georgia is Michelle’s daughter and has spent time in the salon for as long as she can remember. Georgia is loving the challenge of learning new techniques every day and never backs down from trying something new for her clients. It's safe to say that Georgia shares her mum's passion for all things hair and loves keeping up with the latest trends and styles.

After ten years of working alongside her mum, Georgia loves all aspects of hairdressing, especially barbering, colouring and styling, along with mentoring new members of staff and learning everything there needs to know on how to run a business.
